You can download an open Source program to create audio files from:

Notice that there are Linux and Mac versions available, too. 
Make sure that you download the MP3 plugin so that you can export/save your audio creation in MP3 format. The plugin will come in a zip file in which there are many files. You'll only need one, a file called "lame_enc.dll" You can place it anywhere on your computer, but a handy, logical place would be in the plugins folder in C:\Program Files\Audacity\Plug-Ins\. 
 
Upload the file for Podcast and it will appear as a link in your blog entry.
