Dear ACS Families,
We hope this message finds you well. Due to the impending inclement weather, we have decided to postpone Parent-Teacher Conference Night to Thursday, December 5, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. While there’s no way to be certain about the weather on Thursday night, we would rather not take any chances with families traveling in potentially poor driving conditions.
All scheduled appointments will automatically roll over to the new date, and we offer the option to hold your conference by phone if that’s more convenient. Please contact your child's teacher directly if you need to adjust your conference time.
Please note that CROP will remain closed on this day. We are also awaiting updates from our SK partner regarding the status of afterschool sports and will contact our athletes as soon as we know more.
Looking ahead, this weather event may impact our school day on Friday in some fashion. We ask that you monitor our school website, Facebook page, and phone messages, as we will send updates through School Messenger. Additionally, delays and cancellations will be announced on WBNG TV Channel 12.
