This year at Andes Central School we are excited to offer sports physicals for any students interested in playing fall, winter, and/or spring sports. The physical examinations will take place on June 13, 2024 with providers from Bassett Healthcare. This physical will allow your child to participate in all sports seasons for the 2024-2025 school year. Please fill out the attached consent form if you would like your child to participate on June 13th, and return to the school by May 1, 2024.
